Lab Test Reminder Calendar

Use these calendar dates to help keep track of when you should get your blood tests.

Select or type in the date you started JYNARQUE and get a calendar that provides the dates for when you should complete your blood tests, per the JYNARQUE REMS Program. Download, then import the file to add it to the calendar on your phone or computer.

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the functionality or compatibility of the Lab Test Reminder Calendar with your operating system or device. Patients must still ensure compliance with laboratory testing requirements per the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program in order to receive JYNARQUE.
